Posting Date: 2025-09-01Hong Kong Gold Coast HotelGuest Services ManagerResponsibilitiesRepresent the management in handling all guest enquiries, dealing with VIP guests, ensuring service excellence with extensive involvement in the Hotel Guest Loyalty programmeAct as coordinator and ensure prompt and adequate service delivered by various departmentsHandle emergency cases in accordance with hotel group policies and procedures, such as ensuring the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff membersAssist the Front Office Manager in the management of the front office operations, and ensure the smooth running of reception and the guest service counterQualificationsDegree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplinesMinimum 3 years guest service experience at the front desk at a supervisory levelAble to work under pressure and handle ad hoc projects when necessaryExcellent quality-oriented customer service skillsMature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and inter-personal skillsKnowledge of the Fidelio System (Opera version) would be an advantageExcellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
