- Oversee the underwriting process and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with clients and brokers, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of general insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
