- Assist HR recruitment team in day-to-day operations.
- Support and experience the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting, and sourcing to candidate management.
- Help maintain the recruitment tracking system and other relevant recruitment metrics and reports.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Attention to detail and well-organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with business and candidates.
- Team player but also independent and driven.
- Creative and able to think out of the box when facing challenges.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Prior internship/ part-time experience in Human Resources will be an advantage.
- Able to work at least 3 full working days per week, able to work full time would be an advantage.
