- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the campus and office building’s operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage all procurement of design, construction, fitting out and renovation projects to resolve design-related issues in conjunction with vendors, operation team and consultants.
- Leading a team of engineering professional to make sure all projects/works are carried out with the highest standard of safety in compliance with relevant regulations and standards within specified timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitoring and review the standard requirement on a regular basis to ensure that they meet the updated legal / market requirements and achieve the highest standard of safety and value for money and make recommendations for enhancement as appropriate to the management.
- Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's building including UPS, Cooling, Power, firefighting system being well maintained and in operations.
- Work close with consultant and contractor when there is site expansion, renovation, and A&A.
- Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements
- Proactively contribute ideas and engage with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree qualified in building service engineering / building surveying/ construction management or other construction related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional qualification such as MHKIA, MHKIE, MHKIS, etc.
- 10 years + working experience in project management which experience in managing capital works, repair & maintenance works and other corporate events projects/works.
- Good practice in handling contract and working with contractor and consultant to achieve any new projects coming for the existing buildings.
- Solid experience in commercial considerations and business practices in the local construction market.
- Experience of working in a similar matrix reporting organization
- Experience in providing secretariat support committees or boards will be an advantage.
- Good English communication and written skill
