- Support & work closely with the Key Account Team & Off Trade Sales Team to maximize the business in supermarket chains, convenience stores and retail shops
- Responsible for business planning, implementing the sales strategy and promotion programs to achieve company’s sales target
- Negotiate trading terms in an effective way to maximize company’s revenue
- Monitor & execute effective pricing strategy
- Review the sales reports, analyze sales data, and gather market intelligence for top management
- To effectively control the trade A&P budgets & closely work with the brand team
- University graduate in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Spirits industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of launching successful sales campaigns
- Result-oriented, data-driven and strong in strategic thinking
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
