  • Daily maintenance of water and electricity systems, fire protection, and HVAC equipment.
日常水電維修保養工作，消防系統及一般冷氣設備維修保養工作 * Execute assigned tasks from the Director履行主管指派的其他職務。 * Supervise and coordinate outsourced contractor work, ensuring adherence to schedules, processes, and safety regulations.監督和協調外判承辦商的工作細節、工作進度、工藝、安全等。 * Maintain comprehensive work records, material lists, and inspection reports.定期撰寫工作記錄, 物料清單及檢查報告。Qualifications and Skills資格與技能
  • Possesses relevant technical and construction safety training certifications, and a minimum of three years of applicable work experience.
持有相關的技術訓練證書及建造業安全訓練證明書,並具最少三年相關工作經驗 * Holds a Class A electrical engineering registration certificate. Demonstrates a commitment to safety and responsibility, and is capable of independently leading and assigning tasks to subordinates and contractors.持有A級電業工程人員註冊證明書具安全意識和責任感,並能獨立帶領及分配下屬和承辦商工作 * Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.精通廣東話、一般普通話及英語。Benefits福利
