Responsible for project management of new & modernization lifts and escalators projects.
Plan and complete projects on time and within budget.
Prepare project documentation for various submissions.
Attend meetings and cooperate with clients, architects, builders, sub-contractors and front-line staff for site work and program.
Develop and maintain good relationship with clients and related parties.

Requirements:

Degree or above in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in project management of lift & escalation industry.
More experiences candidate would be consider as Senior Project Engineer.
Familiar with AutoCAD.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.
