It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Cityplaza is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Carry out daily maintenance of plumbing & drainage system
  • Supervise and monitor in-house technicians and outsourced contractors, and prepare reports on inspection and incidents of system breakdown
  • Monitor efficient & effective operation, repair, maintenance, upgrades & improvements to plumbing & drainage system and installations
  • Upkeep Health & Safety practices for all front-line technicians, outsourced consultants & contractors
REQUIREMENTS
  • Certificate or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory work experience in building services operation and maintenance. Staff supervision is an asset
  • Licensed plumber preferable
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
  • General knowledge in written English, fluent in Cantonese
  • Good computer skills on MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Willing to perform duties in irregular hours, 24-hours emergency call standby
