- Establish and enhance policies & procedures/guidelines for CBG Wealth business operations and consumer products/services to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements & corporate guidelines.
- Regular review of end-to-end processes, identify areas for continuous improvement to ensure operational effectiveness, ensure sufficient control and documentation throughout the business process are implemented
- Provide support to business initiatives including but not limited to launch new product/service for CBG business to ensure that the robust and efficient process are implemented, operational risk is adequately addressed.
- Prepare and maintain documentation to promote effective operations and protection of interest to both the Bank and customer
- Manage operation processes and procedures for consumer banking group focusing on Wealth business, covering investment and insurance under Consumer Banking Group in HK and Macau
- Ensure business processes are robust and efficiency through continuous review and improvement to address any risk & fraud that might arise.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure policies & procedures implemented are compliant to group policies/guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- Minimum 8 year of relevant experience, preferably in transformation or project management
- Knowledge of general banking products and services and related regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
