- Part of the senior Greater China leadership team in developing and maintaining a strategy is place for the finance team
- Take up a visible leadership role in driving all aspect of the financial results of the team and ensure values and mission are aligned at all levels
- Safeguard the best interest of the company by ensuring strategy, project deliverable, accounting operation, budgeting, forecast etc are completed in a timely manner with strong controls and compliance indicators in place
- Work closely with internal leadership team as a finance business partner and add value to the day to day operation for a financial perspective
- Monitor potential risk areas and identify mitigation strategies promptly
- Involve in monthly presentation to present organisation updates and regional meetings
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional Qualification (i.e. HKICPA, CPAA, AICPA, etc)
- 20-25 years of accounting and finance experience with the last 5-8 years in a senior leadership role with a substantial people leadership responsibility
- Must be able to demonstrate practical experience in financial analysis and modelling skills complemented by strong commercial acumen with proven ability in interpreting and analysing key business drivers
- A thorough understanding of technical financial accounting and the impact of key accounting policies with significant experience preparing financial statements and reports
- Operates with high levels of transparency and integrity, with a good balance of driving financial and commercial impact
- Languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
