Financial Analyst (Business Planning Focus)

• Prepare regular financial analysis reports for management review, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy
• Support data analysis for decision making on business strategic planning and new initiatives
• Focus on business related budgeting, forecasting, costing and management reports
• Identify gaps between monthly forecast results and targets, provide recommendations to ensure financial goals are achievable.
• Communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders to ensure financial information is well cascaded to respective person in charge on timely basis
• Any other ad-hoc activities

• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Accounting / Finance / Business, etc.
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting and financial management preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-minded and sensitive to data
• With SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
