DEVELOPING INORGANIC GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
Due to aggressive inorganic mid-term growth plans for the Asia region, this well-known insurance provider, has created a new role within this small, growing and dynamic team, for an experienced strategy and M&A professional.Supporting the Regional Team Head whilst in coordination with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for preparing necessary documentation for senior management and business partners related to the development of inorganic strategy and priorities for the region. You will be responsible for evaluating the M&A landscape and reflect the latest market changes in inorganic priorities. You will also take lead in building strong relationships with high-level professionals such as bankers, legal counsels, consultants and other senior executives, as well as manage aspects of corporate transactions, such as IPO's.This dynamic and proactive role requires an exceptionally articulate corporate development professional with at least 15 years' experience in insurance, investment banking, or management consulting sectors in Asia, with a focused background in strategy and M&A. Ideally you will have strong financial modelling skills and have a flair to communicate with various executive stakeholders regionally and locally, as well as be a proven leader with exceptional understanding of Asia and its various cultures. Moreover, you must have excellent command of English communication skills, whilst having additional Asian languages will be highly desirable.
