Conduct research on new asset management products based on market conditions and client demands; develop corresponding investment strategies.
Improve the internal business and compliance risk policies, systems and processes of the Asset Management;
Assist the CIO in managing the business team;
Complete the assessment indicators issued by the parent company.

Requirements * Bachelor degree or above in Finance or Business Administration;

Holderof SFC Responsible Officer Type 9 license, with OMO experience is preferred;
Experience in fixed income and structured product investment, with product design and structuring capabilities;
Strong fundraising abilities and good investor relations.
At least 10 years of fund management experience; with experience in fund operations and management
Familiar with regulations, guidelines and risk management controls of the SFC and relevant regulatory authorities.
Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) in both spoken and written.

職責： * 負責拓展資產管理業務，以固定收益領域資產管理為主，涉及一、二級市場標準化產品、結構化產品等；

根據市場環境和客戶需求，研究資產管理的新產品，制定相應投資策略；
完善資產管理公司內部業務以及合規風控的政策、制度和流程；
協助首席投資官管理業務團隊；
完成母公司下達的考核指標。

崗位要求： * 擁有金融或工商管理相關本科或以上學歷；

持有香港證監會9號負責人員牌照，有擔任OMO經驗者優先；
在固定收益和結構化產品投資方面有經驗，具有產品設計和結構化能力；
具備一定募資能力，有良好的投資人關係；
擁有至少10年資產管理工作經驗，對基金運營和管理有經驗；
熟悉證監會及相關監管部門的規章制度和指引，以及風險管理控制；
良好的中文、英文讀寫能力（包含普通話）
