Responsibilities:
  • Prepare fare uploading guideline and send request to outsourcing company
  • Monitor outsourcing company's working status and provide guidance.
  • Quality check of fare & rule with testing result
  • Answer enquiries from internal and external parties which are related to GDS(s) fares' display, auto pricing problem, ticketing issues, etc.
  • Work with Finance Team to verify the reason of wrongly issued ticket and depend on result to take corresponding follow up action
  • Procedure and manual review and updates
  • New fare product design and system testing
  • New system features' development and deployment
  • Assist to ensure a smooth daily operation within FM Team
Requirement:
  • Working experience which are related to GDS, airline Pricing & Tariff or ATPCO fare filing will be an advantage
  • At least 2 years working experience in supervisory level in travel industry
  • High Diploma (same grade) or above.
  • Professionally qualified in advanced air tariff and ticketing
  • Proficient in computer skill, including MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Chinese Wording Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required
  • Strong numerical sense and logic thinking ability
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skill
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer, Fare Management
