- Collaborate with department heads and HR team to identify training needs and objectives.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals and values.
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, and resources to facilitate effective learning.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels, including sales associates, supervisors, and managers.
- Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, such as workshops, role-playing, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure training sessions are delivered effectively, addressing individual learning styles and promoting active participation.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Develop and deliver an effective onboarding program for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Performance Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide constructive feedback to employees and managers to support their professional development and performance improvement.
- Training Administration and Coordination:
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluations to track individual and organizational progress.
- Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and necessary resources.
- Collaborate with external training providers, when required, to ensure the delivery of specialized training programs.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies.
- Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills to deliver cutting-edge training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Officer or in a similar training role within the fashion retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Strong understanding of the fashion retail industry, including sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient in using training software, learning management systems, and multimedia tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
