Learn about us at https://www.yesstyle.com/en/about-us/company-overview.html.[At least 2-3 full days per week]Objective of the Position:Being active on multiple social media platforms with sizeable groups of followers, we are in need of a passionate talent to support the team by helping to manage the social media accounts and provide professional customer service.What You'll Do:
  • Create compelling multimedia content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns. This includes designing visually striking social media posts and producing short-form videos, including storyboarding and editing.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to establish content calendars and oversee post scheduling for multiple social media accounts, specifically Instagram and TikTok.
  • Conceptualize and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase exposure for influencer partners.
  • Generate marketing reports and analyze influencer performance metrics.
  • Ensure all social media-related contract requirements with clients are fulfilled.
  • Manage customers/followers’ inquiries and complaints and provide an appropriate solution within time constraint
  • Provide operational support and assist the Social Media Team in its campaigns and any related ad hoc tasks.
  • Participate in additional assignments as needed.
What You Have:
  • Proficient in English communication skills, particularly via instant messaging and email
  • Degree holder or above (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Logical problem-solving skills
