Support project work for the Government funding programme that encourages enterprises to implement projects to enhance branding, upgrading and business activities in the Mainland, economies with Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Hong Kong and other relevant economies
Conduct preliminary checking of supplementary documents by grantees and support initial assessment of applications
Handle administrative work and hotline enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports, support marketing activities and new projects as assigned
Perform on-site checks/visits of funded projects in Hong Kong
Assist in maintaining the database and compiling reports
Maintain proper documentation and filing records
Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

Higher Diploma/Bachelor’s degree from Accounting / Finance / Global Business/ Statistics / Management Information System or equivalent
Min. 1 year’s relevant work experience
Experienced in accounting, trading, shipping, merchandising or handling / supporting Government funded projects is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive with positive working attitude
