We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the development of cutting-edge web and mobile digital solutions. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a passion for high-quality engineering and tackle complex problems with innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing core libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Lead efforts in prototyping and redesigning features, focusing on user experience and performance.
  • Engage in code reviews and participate in technical design and architectural discussions to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
  • Actively monitor and enhance the performance of systems, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of application changes to support future development and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Foster effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders across different regions, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of project goals.
  • Embrace agile development methodologies and drive the adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and configuration management.
  • Exhibit a self-starter attitude, providing leadership and working towards team-oriented objectives to achieve project success.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.
  • Extensive experience with event/message-driven architectures, specifically MQ and Kafka.
  • In-depth knowledge of the React framework and its ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
