Food Certification Auditor

• Carry out hygiene audit or supplier audit for registered firm based on global procedure and checklists provided by the company and provide integrity audits reports with recommendation to the customers
• Coordinate with the Technical and clerical staff to ensure efficient operation and optimum utilization of department service
• Manage the project from the hygiene auditing program
• Liaise with personnel in other departments/divisions/affiliates regarding hygiene auditing and training arrangement
• Interact and communicate with customers relating to hygiene auditing, training and laboratory testing
• Help to deal with client inquiries and complaints
• Plan and control job assignments so that high quality of work is maintained within a reasonable turnaround time
• Keep all auditing reports and training records in safe and good conditions
• Prepare hygiene training materials, design and tailor-made training course and conduct the training course to the customer
• Deliver Food Safety Training to public and in-house course
• Undertake any other duties when deemed as appropriate by the Section Mangers and Senior staff

• Higher Diploma, Degree or above in Food Science or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of food related working experience
