Responsible for a full spectrum of C&B operations, including but not limited to payroll calculation, pension administration, taxation, annual budgeting, and attendance management
Responsible for HR reports and data analysis
Support managers in on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
Maintain, enhance, and implement HRIS and other HR projects
Maintain departmental organization chart and contact information
Lead ad hoc projects as required

Requirement :

Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources (diploma applicants and fresh graduates will be considered as HR Assistant)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and related regulations
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent skill in Chinese Word Processing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Immediate availability is preferred
