The intern will be fully immersed in the Shangri-La Circle CRM team day-to-day work and will gain tremendous exposure in CRM and Loyalty Programme.As our intern in Shangri-La Circle CRM team, we will rely on you to:
Prepare reports in either table or in the form of visualisations such as graphs, charts and dashboards, highlighting the significant results
Develop reporting and metrics to understand overall customer retention/repeat behavior across key segments
Deliver required Business As Usual reports within requested timeline consistently
We are looking for someone who is:
Undergraduate/ Postgraduate students currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering, or Data Science
Preferably with prior internship experience
Experience with SAS, SQL, R or Python with statistics modeling is a plus
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Minimum 3 days a week, preferably full-time as much as possible
