Senior Manager/ Manager, Account Reconciliation

• We are looking for a Senior Manager/Manager, Finance to lead our reconciliation team and support our company’s reconciliation process. You will be responsible for managing monthly reconciliation reporting, assisting with the preparation of monthly presentations to the management team, and ensuring compliance with the internal reconciliation standards.

• Prepare and ensure timely submission of reconciliation reporting statistics to the Regional Office monthly
• Supervise the preparation of monthly account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal reconciliation standards
• Review monthly account reconciliation schedule
• Prepare monthly presentation materials and management reports
• Design and strengthen the overall workflow for account reconciliation
• Collaboration with business partners (IT, Regional Office, etc.) on process improvement
• Collaborate with different teams within finance and other departments to facilitate follow-up of discrepancies when arise
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor as required

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Qualified CPA or equivalent professional qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a reconciliation or audit role
• Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
• Possess managerial experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
