A well-known foreign bank is looking for a client on-boarding analyst. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in corporate client on-boarding and have excellent communication and client servicing skills....about the job
- End-to-end on-boarding process for new clients, actively follow up with clients and internal stakeholders (Front Office, CDD, compliance, and operations)
- Gather documents and required information from clients for account set up
- Work closely with front office, responsible for client account opening and on-boarding as a maker
- Handle client enquiries regarding account opening and maintenance process
- Conduct initial KYC reviews, screening existing and new clients for negative news and sanctions.
- Responsible for system and regulatory projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other related tasks associated with on-boarding services
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in client on-boarding or KYC for corporate clients
- Experience in working with sales/front office and clients directly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin are required
- Efficient, self-motivated, hardworking and good client servicing skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
