Formulate and implement effective visual merchandising strategies and guidelines that align with various campaigns and organizational objectives for all retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau
Manage VM display for retail promotion, new product launch, new store openings and Expo
Collaborate with cross-function teams and external designers / production house to develop campaign and instore POP
Oversee of all design production processes from concept to output delivery
Source and supervise the shop display materials and fixture at cost-effective basis
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Who are we looking for?

Higher Diploma holder in Design or related disciplines
At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in VM, advertising agencies and/or in-house design experience in retail industry are highly preferred
Practical experience in visual / graphic design and the production of promotional material
Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, Photoshop, illustrator is a must
Self-motivated, able to work on multiple tasks independently with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills and able to meet tight deadlines
Attention to details, innovative with artistic and market sense
A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
