Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media platforms
Ensure customer feedback are effectively and efficiently resolved with courtesy
Fulfill daily operational tasks and documentation in accordance with Key Performance Index.
Shift 09:00 to 18:00 or 13:00 to 22:00

REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years’ experience at least in any segment of customer services, e-commerce experience will be added advantage
Native in Cantonese, Good Command of English and Mandarin
Customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner
Hands on PC skills (Microsoft office, Internet etc.)
Immediately available is highly preferred.
