  • Accountable for Claims platforms and CS system management – new enhancements, release and governance, RFP support for new EB schemes from system configuration point of view, and production issue management with a broad understanding of the entire customer / stakeholder base
  • Drive the Claims system efficiency initiatives such as automation in workflows which will enable faster & accurate decision making of claims and PA in collaboration with technology, transformation, EB business teams with focus on improved collaboration, knowledge sharing ensuring that the requirements are well understood
  • Manage configurations for the systems in areas such as Claims rules, EDI templates, generic master files etc
  • Production defects support for investigation , testing and implementation
  • Documentation related to new/revision in process flows and special handling for internal & external cases
  • Maintain strong relationships and liaise with Insurance business functions to ensure the customer expectations are understood, measured against and being met and/or exceeded
  • Deliver initiatives, project as per confirmed requirement, agreed timeline and approved budget
  • Accountable to ensure Insurance service targets exceed business partner and customer expectations with overall responsibility for continuous quality improvement and streamlining of Insurance business services
  • Drive and govern Insurance business compliance with global quality policies (incl. Insurance Partnership Target Operating Model), standards, guidelines and procedures with the objective of improving quality whilst increasing cost effectiveness and excellent levels of risk management
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable with at least 2 years’ experience on Employee Benefits, Group Life Insurance business analysis, system development or support
  • Knowledge and experience in system analysis and testing for the business users to meet the business needs
  • Adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Results orientated, self-directed and motivated change leader. Ability to work effectively in a multinational, highly matrixed environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good computer skill, proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
