Senior QA Manager (lingerie manufacturing)

• Responsible for developing and motivating the team to function as a unit in their product group, to understand company DNA, quality standards, and maintain a high level of service from Proto to Pre-production sample handover

• Systematically provide training and brand knowledge to increase team’s understanding, help the team execute the Right First Time sample
• Work closely to guide and support Onshore and Offshore sourcing, product development, production, and internal technical teams
• Measure and manage KPIs to drive organizational goals
• Seasonally review sampling processes and procedures with regional counterparts to identify reoccurring issues, set and implement corrective action
• Share best practices for consistency in product execution across divisional alignment across all regions
• Perform administrative duties aligned with leadership and other duties as assigned

• Provide updated S.O.P / performance-enhancing training to current factories according
• On-board and educate new vendors/factories to ensure they understand sample requirements and minimum acceptable quality standards
• Analyze vendor performance at end of each season and create a training plan/share case studies to ensure standards are understood and embedded into new processes
• Empowerment Program to help speed up the sample review process

• Bachelor's degree in textile or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience (with managerial experience in garment manufacturing)
• Knowledge in improvement projects is plus
• Fluent in English and Chinese
