Project management for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and other installations
Prepare contract submittals - materials, documents and drawings
Ensure project documentation and correspondences are maintained properly
Manage commercial and technical aspects of projects, including planning of project budget, scope control, problem solving, schedule and etc.
Forecast the project condition to well internal/external human resources managing and coordination
Evaluate and well manage all potential risks, cost control to deliver the project timely and smoothly
Able to work with internal teams at all levels, maintain good relations with external clients’ and ensure customer satisfaction as well as ensuring company quality standards are met

Job requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
With 3 - 5 years’ engineering experience in critical system or Building Service
Good analytical & interpersonal skills and able to work under tight timeline
Proactive, strong planning and organizing ability with good problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, fluent in spoken and written in English and Chinese
Good command in AutoCAD and MS Applications
