- We are looking for Senior Human Resources Officer - with details as follows :
- Report to HR Manager
- Work in HR team of 3 members
- Perform full spectrum of human resources role especially C&B function
- Responsible for Compensation and Benefits administration, including but not limited to payroll, MPF, insurances...ETC
- Perform system administration for HRIS and other HR Online System
- Handle expatriate’s administration including work visa application, accomodation assistance...etc
- Support group recruitment including but not limited to screening CVs, arranging interviews and coordinating with line managers...etc
- Tertiary education preferably in HRM or related
- At least 3 years experience in compensation and benefits inclusive of payroll, MPF, staff insurance and annual employer’s returns;
- Well versed with the Hong Kong Employment & MPF ordinances;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel functions;
- Proficient in both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
