In light of our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite professional candidates for the following position.Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates Architects Ltd invites applicants for the following post of resident site staff for Dedicated Rehousing Estate at Ma Tau Kok - KIL No. 11293:李景勳．雷煥庭建築師有限公司現為馬頭角專用安置屋邨，誠聘以下駐地盤職位:Resident Clerical Officer (Labour Relations)駐地盤勞資關係主任Minimum Qualifications:(a) Attaining five subjects at grade ‘E’ or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) or equivalent;(b) Full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties.(c) Preferably with post-secondary certificate on personnel management or human resources;(d) 3 years’ relevant experience;(e) Knowledge in application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel).General Note:
  • [Note 1 * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
  • [Note 2 * a combination of FIVE – Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained” in a maximum of two Applied Learning Subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects including Chinese Language and English Language at Level 2 and Mathematics at Level 2 in Compulsory or Extended Parts or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) are accepted administratively as comparable to the qualifications as required in Section 23.1(a).]
  • The tentative commencement date of employment will be in September 2025.
