- Assist full spectrum of day-to-day corporate secretarial activities for the Group entities, including not limited to preparation of announcement, circular, annual/interim report
- Provide editorial support to various corporate publications, including but not limited to press releases, website content, social media posts and write-ups for external and internal communication materials
- Organise various PR activities and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior management, vendors, etc.
- Handle confidential information with professional manner
- Undertake administrative duties for the department as assigned
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder in Language, Corporate Governance or any related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- HKDSE 5** in English is a must, or equivalent
- Ability to develop credible working relationships across all levels
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with fast responses
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional fluency in both oral and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
