  • Provide assistance to the marketing communications activities, membership program and digital marketing
  • Coordinate the internal, external and client events from start to finish according to requirements
  • Support to daily marketing operations and department administration duties
  • Follow through and conduct the marketing reports and gathering the latest market information
  • Manage and implement customers databases, participate in data mining and integration with the use of internal system
  • Assist in developing and creating Marketing and PR content and materials
  • Responsible for content review and update of company website in response with new campaign launch
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Qualifications
  • University graduate in Brand & Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing & Communications field, preferably in event management or PR companies is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Competent in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge in Design Software (Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator)
  • Hard-working with good working attitude and willing to learn
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred (Fresh Graduates will be considered)
