- We are a leading U.S. multinational toy company with a dynamic presence in Hong Kong, operating a robust trading and sourcing office of over 150 team members.

- Our primary markets include major U.S. retailers and global toy brands, and we are committed to delivering creativity, quality, and joy through every product.
- Manage incoming sales orders, quotations, and related documentation
- Input and maintain sales and purchase orders in our centralized ERP system
- Prepare and enter detailed sales quotations
- Coordinate sample requests and packaging logistics
- Liaise with multiple vendors, the U.S. sales team, and international customers
- Support ad hoc assignments as needed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or order processing for U.S./EU/global markets
- Background in toys, gifts & premiums, or sundries preferred
- Experience in trading or buying offices with multi-customer/vendor coordination is a plus
- Strong focus on order processing and administration is highly desirable
- Proven ability to independently manage accounts for major U.S./EU retailers
- Proficient in ERP systems and general computer applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
- No travel required
- 5-day work week
