Due to expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven investor relations / fundraiser to work alongside the CEO as the building block for the future roadmap in Asia.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and nurture strong relationships with our internal LPs, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any inquiries or concerns.Prepare compelling fund decks, investor presentations, and pitching materials to effectively communicate our investment strategy, portfolio performance, and value proposition to potential and existing LPs.Coordinate and organize roadshows, investor meetings, and networking events to engage with prospective investors and strengthen relationships with current LPs.Conduct market research and identify new potential LPs, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individualsAssist in the fundraising cycle, coordinate due diligence, legal and compliance documentations to ensure smooth transaction.Collaborate closely with the investment team to gather relevant information and data for investor reporting and updates.QualificationsMinimum 6 years of experience in investor relations or fundraising roles within the venture capital, private equity, or financial services industry.Strong knowledge and understanding of Web 3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.Proven track record in managing relationships with LPs and successfully raising funds for venture capital or private equity funds.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner.Strong network within the investor community, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.How To ApplyInterested parties, please send your CV directly to y@kingdeux.com or apply directly.
