Make recommendations to guests on whiskies according to their preferences among 400 labels;
Build positive rapport with guests and ensure complete guest satisfaction;
Drive whisky revenue in the bar;
Review and analyze sales to ensure stock rotation and profitability remain within targets.
Lead training for bar team and F&B team members on existing and new products, as well as selling techniques of whisky.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury bars and specialize in whisky;
Solid experience in whisky sales;
Experience in managing 150 whisky labels or above;
Solid knowledge in whisky is a MUST;
Certified Whisky Specialist is preferred;
Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English.
