  • Assist to formulate and realize the business strategies and goals in meeting financial targets and business objectives.
  • Timely compile the operating / capital expenditure budgets and ensure that they are financially justified for management approval and are subsequently monitored effectively with regular forecasts.
  • Produce management & financial information with both quantitative and qualitative assessments for monitoring achievement against business goals and targets and for management's decision support.
  • For the success of new ERP solution delivery to Finance
  • Support evaluation of business processes and operations, and work closely with various stakeholders to provide input on to-be processes and cross-functional requirements of ERP.
  • Support process mapping and design, to-be processes testing, user and process manuals & training materials development and change management.
  • Deliver professional financial advice and support to internal customer in relation to financial or control related matters.
  • Perform in other ad hoc tasks and assignments to cope with business needs.
Requirements
  • An accredited University Degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • Qualified accountant with HKICPA or other recognised professional accounting bodies.
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience.
  • Practical experience in ERP systems and experience in Oracle is preferred.
  • Experience in implementation of ERP system is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate
  • Proven interpersonal skills and capability to communicate effectively at all levels in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving abilities with good business acumen.
  • Independent, self-motivated and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Experience in managing business stakeholders and owners through complicated ERP change and transformation is preferred
  • Agile ways of working experience is beneficial
