SEN Support Teaching Assistant Starting in September 2025

• A recognized degree holder, preferably in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education or a related discipline.

• Relevant professional qualifications in school guidance and/or counselling will be an advantage.

• Experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or school-based counselling will be given priority.

• Experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable.

• Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

• Provide counselling and support to students under supervision.

• Support and lead pastoral care and counselling programmes and activities.

• Collaborate closely with the Student Support Team, including SENCO, Guidance Team, and other staff members.

• Assist with relevant administrative and clerical tasks.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or school management.
