Join a team that values innovation and growth.DOO you have what it takes?What you'll be working on:Manage a team to develop, implement, and monitor customer service standards, procedures, and policies.Oversee the handling of a high volume of client inquiries regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims.Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex client issues and complaints, resolving them promptly and professionally.Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance efficiency and the client experience.Ensure accurate and timely processing of endorsements, policy renewals, certificates of insurance and other documentation.Assist in the development of client communication strategies and educational materials.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.Must have passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 or relevant qualifications.Minimum 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably within an insurance brokerage.Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client and operational issues effectively.A passionate commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships.Thorough understanding of insurance products, policy wordings, and the end-to-end insurance lifecycle.Strong communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English.What we offer:Rewarding career development with regional exposureDouble payPerformance bonusMedical insuranceFive-day work weekDaily snacksFriendly and open work environment with a young, energetic teamLife as DOOersAt Doo Group, we embrace a culture where continuous growth, collaboration, and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.
