Our client is a globally recognized leader in the FMCG industry, specializing in personal and home care products. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for an energetic individual to join the dynamic team as a Key Account Executive to handle modern trade channel and key accounts.Responsibility
- Achieve sales targets for assigned key accounts, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and profitability.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to enhance product visibility and optimize trade spending for key accounts, with a focus on Japanese retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients by understanding their needs and delivering professional, high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align account strategies with company goals, maximizing business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage account-related documentation, reports, and forecasts accurately and efficiently.
- Degree holder in any disciplines.
- A minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry; experience with key accounts or Japanese retailers (e.g., Yata, Donki, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior role.
