The Job

Client: A Property Management Company
Position: Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities: To lead a team of engineers and technicians for the maintenance of a Grade-A commercial building in HK district. Condition survey. Preventive maintenance; Performance analysis and advice on the need for upgrade of building services. Emergent maintenance on system breakdown. Project management for renovation projects - tender administration, monitor contractor works, etc.
$45K up. Medical, bonus.

Requirements

Degree holder in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
Professional qualification; HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent
10 years experience in property maintenance of which latest 3 years should be at managerial level
Relevant maintenance experience for Commercial properties
Familiar with both building works and building services systems
Good communication and leadership skills
Good command of Chinese and English
