- Deliver HR projects by providing full spectrum of HR support in operations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and organizational leadership across the region
- Provide HR advisory to the business functions on workforce planning, staff retention, development and employee relations
- Work closely with leadership teams to conduct training needs assessments, recommend and implement training programs, organize orientations and training events to ensure right development support in is in place
- Review and maintain compensation and benefits structure and policies across the region, support Head of business during annual comp cycle
- Oversee and review the implementation of formal and informal, objective and competency-based evaluations
- Manage and facilitate onboarding and offboarding of employees, background checking, exit interviews and letters, maintaining employee files, firm’s annual engagement survey and be first point of contact for all HR related queries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid experience as a general HR lead with an international organisation.
- Strong knowledge of general HR practices with a lean on C&B.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Experience of delivering HR change management projects would be an asset.
- Professional English is a must.
