- Provide support and guidance to clients through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
- Partner with colleagues from diverse departments to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Create and distribute e-Newsletters regularly to keep customers informed about our latest system feature updates.
- Bachelor Degree in Communication, Business or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience (Fresh graduates with positive attitudes are also welcomed)
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment, with a customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Typing proficiency in Chinese and English
- Immediate availability is preferred
