Empower our clients to comprehend our products with ease and confidence
Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Provide support and guidance to clients through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
Partner with colleagues from diverse departments to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Create and distribute e-Newsletters regularly to keep customers informed about our latest system feature updates.

*Provide on-the-job trainingRequirements:

Bachelor Degree in Communication, Business or other relevant disciplines
Minimum 1 year relevant experience (Fresh graduates with positive attitudes are also welcomed)
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment, with a customer-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Typing proficiency in Chinese and English
Immediate availability is preferred
