Manages and oversees the operations of Landscape Team to provide all-round landscape management services for a portfolio of properties in Hong Kong
Plans and directs the Landscape Team to perform daily operations includes repairing and maintenance works for landscape
Proposes to superiors for the landscape improvement works when necessary
Proposes to the superiors for the selection and appointment of landscape suppliers and contractors; leads the Team to monitor the performance of suppliers and contractors
Monitor the Team and contractors to ensure the compliance of government regulation and requirement on sustainability and safety management
Conducts site visits to ensure the quality of landscape repairing and maintenance works

Requirements:

Degree Holder in related disciplines, preferably in Horticulture, Arboriculture and Landscape Management
Minimum 5 Years in landscape management at managerial level
With solid experience in landscape management of luxury residential premises
Excellent command in spoken English and Chinese
Proactive and assertive, strong market sense
Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word and Excel, Chinese word processing)
