Responsibilities Include

Provide sustaining engineering support to production to improve product cost, first pass yield and cycle time.
Perform failure analysis and implement CA/PA (A3, 8D, FMEA).
Manufacturing documents preparation, provide training and maintaining the process control in production.
Continuous improvement with Kaizen activities.
Work closely with R&D to support new product development.
Transfer, install, set up and buyoff the new process & equipment.

Qualifications And Requirements

Bachelor or Masters in Engineering or related fields
> 8 years of Process Engineering or NPI engineering experience
Familiar with Die Bonding, wire bonding or hot bar or automation assembly process.
Familiar with manufacturing process control tools and method such as SPC, DFM, FMEA, etc
Familiarity with the design of experiments (DOE) and 8D method
Data analysis and report preparation skills.
Self-driven, self-motivated, and good logical thinking.
Good command of English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
Willing to participate in calls in multiple time zones for NPI project, and occasional overseas (Thailand) support other site.
