Responsible for main contract financial issues including financial report and budgeting, cost control etc;
Responsible for subletting, subcontractor payments, valuation of variations and compensation events; and
Experience in dealing with contractual issues is preferred.

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
At least 5 years' experience in main-contractor;
Preferably with professional qualifications of MHKIS;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
