- This position requires effective team leadership and collaboration skills to manage diverse resources and ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with implementation team members on all SA&D tasks including collecting user requirements, system analysis and design, and documentation.
- Conduct System Acceptance Tests and support customers during User Acceptance Tests.
- Execute production rollout for the system.
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, including functional/specialty experience in web-based or call centre application systems.
- University graduate with at least 4 years of experience leading teams in Hong Kong and China.
- Proficient in developing web-based applications using .Net or Java with SQL Server RDBMS.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing web-based or call centre application systems.
