Design product hardware test-plan and test specification to ensure full test coverage
Setup testing environment and test preparation
Participate in the execution of functional, usability, performance, reliability and stress tests;
Participate in design review process
Prepare report and track bugs;
Work with a team to analyse qualification failures and customer returns to determine root cause and appropriate countermeasures to drive for the improvement of product quality
Schedule all test tasks efficiently to meet deadline
Develop and/or maintain testing tools;
Prepare user manual/user guide
Out-source 3rd party lab to fulfil testing requirement

Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Familiar with product testing cycle is preferred;
Experience in both hardware and software testing process is a plus;
Fast learner of new technologies, good communication skills in written and spoken English, self-motivated and passionate in research and development
Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Hardware Quality Engineer
