Support Manager and BU stakeholders to provide in-depth analysis regarding opportunities for growth and cost containment as required but not limited to：

Conduct financial analysis to establish KPI, assess the monthly profitability and financial health of projects
Prepare PowerPoint presentation to report financial performance, risks and opportunities to management
Assess the readiness of source data, data lineage, and data consumption landscape
Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to develop analyses and documentation in a cooperative manner, effectively communicating with project managers, managerial / executive teams
Work closely with Shared Services Centers–GL and Reporting team to ensure monthly financial reporting being released accurately and timely adhering to the company’s policies and accounting standards
Collaborate with BU stakeholders to develop financial budget and drive the month-end forecast
Assist in Internal and external audits related to project finances and business units
Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance, a recognized professional accounting qualification is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience;
Proficiency in MS office and applications, well versed in Excel, VBA knowledge/experience highly preferred.
Knowledge in ERP and experience in MS Dynamic is an advantage.
Strong team player, proactive, independent, self-motivated, passionate, open to learning, attentive to details, committed and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines;
Good command in written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from handling large data
