- Assist in advising public companies on a wide range of corporate and securities law matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including prospectuses, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
- Support senior lawyers in the preparation and execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other corporate finance activities.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in due diligence processes and prepare due diligence reports.
- Keep abreast of developments in corporate and securities law and provide updates to the team and clients.
- Hong Kong qualified lawyer
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and securities law, preferably with a focus on public companies.
- Must have relevant working experience in IPO transactions and advising on Listing Rules issues.
- Prior experience in public company M&A also advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin are a pre-requisite, and the ability to speak Cantonese would be a strong preference.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
