Daily Operations
- Back end support customer service and operation team on domain registration related services
- Assist to handle projects administration, data collection, compiling reports and presentation decks, if necessary
- Assist team with simply data analysis
- Proceed with membership administration and document verification
- Any consecutive 4 hours from Monday-Thursday between 9am-6pm
- Diploma or university graduate in any disciplines with at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience working in domain name registration business is an advantage
- Customer focus, be the ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking with good time management skills
- Proficient in using essential computer software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Responsive and be able to work with other team members
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
