Responsibilities:
Daily Operations

Back end support customer service and operation team on domain registration related services
Assist to handle projects administration, data collection, compiling reports and presentation decks, if necessary
Assist team with simply data analysis
Proceed with membership administration and document verification

Requirement:

Any consecutive 4 hours from Monday-Thursday between 9am-6pm
Diploma or university graduate in any disciplines with at least 1 year of customer service experience
Experience working in domain name registration business is an advantage
Customer focus, be the ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking with good time management skills
Proficient in using essential computer software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsive and be able to work with other team members
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
